The history of its
development has begun in 1995. The cafe started under the name
«Victoria» and served self-produced beer and a little choice of
snacks to its customers.
In the course of some years
the specialists of the firm have been working for the creation
of new sorts of beer. The result of the fruitful activity is the
existence of the of such sorts of beer as «Victoria», «Temernitskoye»,
«Temernitskoye special» and «Temernitskoye original». Each of
these sorts of beer is distinguished by its special taste and
unique flavour. The cooks of the firm are constantly developing
their skills. They have created their own cuisine the spirit of
which became dishes on the basis of the original recipes with
the addition of beer: «A wing served with beer», «Flemish style
beef», «Pike-perch stewed in beer». Thank to the knowledge, experience
and unerring intuition of the firm’s specialists the snack-bar
has enjoyed a great reputation and become a famous place of resort
for a lot of Rostovites
